Why Stress Blocks Abundance

One of the key components in attracting money and abundance is feeling good. Why is that? Because the Law of Attraction operates on the principle, "like attracts like".

When you feel good, you attract things that make you feel good. When you feel bad, you attract things that make you feel bad.

Not surprisingly, feeling stressed or overwhelmed blocks abundance because that state of mind and emotion is not compatible with the essence of abundance. The essence of abundance is light, loving, joyful, passionate, freeing. It's a totally different frequency than the essence of negative emotions of any kind, including stress.

When you feel stressed, whether about money or anything else, you send out a "signal" to the universe that you are in a negative place. While you are broadcasting that signal, you cannot allow in anything that would oppose it. Abundance, joy, love, ease - anything good simply cannot come to you because you aren't on the same vibrational frequency.

If you are trying to attract more money and abundance into your life and you spend a large portion of your days feeling stressed or overwhelmed, it's important to take steps to change that right away.

The moment you let go of stress and start feeling better, money and abundance start making their way to you! It can happen very quickly and easily, and often in surprising ways you didn't expect. (Like receiving unexpected checks, refunds, rebates, opportunities, job offers, and so on.)

There are plenty of great ways to release stress:

1) Meditate

Meditation is a fantastic way to release stress because you remove your focus from the situations that are making you feel stressed. Simply sitting quietly and focusing on your breathing for 10 minutes can do wonders in raising your frequency so you stop blocking abundance.

2) Get inspired

Have you ever had a day where you felt so uplifted and inspired that everything seemed to go your way? That's not an accident! The more uplifted and inspired you feel, the less stressed you will feel, and the more open you will be to abundance.

3) Laugh

Laughter truly IS the best medicine, and not just for illness. When you laugh, you can't help but feel more relaxed. Tension dissipates and endorphins flood your body, leaving you feeling light and calm. Make time each day to do something that makes you laugh. Read funny jokes online; watch funny sitcoms on TV while you prepare dinner; get silly with your spouse or children.

Be proactive about releasing stress every day, and you'll notice quickly that everything in your life seems to run more smoothly. Money and abundance come more easily, and great opportunities seem to just drop into your lap.

Remember that you cannot allow anything into your life that has a different "essence" than how you are feeling at any given moment.

Do your best to feel good every day, and you will draw forth all kinds of situations, experiences, opportunities and people who resonate on that "feel good" frequency too!
